Fletcher White
Fletch earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a minor in Family Studies from Arizona State University. After graduating, she moved to North Carolina to pursue a career in children’s mental health, where she worked as a therapeutic teacher in an outpatient treatment facility for children. In this role, she led an early intervention class of young children who experienced social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. Fletch collaborated with a team of educators and psychologists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for her students. She worked closely with each student’s family, providing them with support throughout their child’s treatment. Fletch found that this holistic approach to supporting children and their families provides a strong foundation for social, emotional, and educational growth.
Fletch is passionate about helping adults and children feel seen, understood, and supported. She is particularly sensitive to understanding how anxiety can impact all facets of a person’s functioning and well-being, and she is dedicated to learning about how individuals with diverse social and emotional needs can thrive. Fletch cares deeply about the impact that organization and executive functioning skills can have on a person’s wellbeing, whether in the atmosphere of a home or learning environment or the routines that guide daily life.
Outside of her professional life, Fletch has an interest in studying bees and learning about the challenges of modern beekeeping. She manages her own home apiary and devotes much of her free time to gardening, with a focus on cultivating native plants that support pollinators. When she is not tending to her bees or garden, Fletch enjoys crafting and creating art in her home studio.
